so confused about sending i130 and 129 form

i am trying to applying for k3. I am US citizen. i married my wife in her country.
So a website says i should send 130 form first, then wait for a respond then send 129. then one of friends says i dont need to wait. Just send the 129 form along with 130. Can i do that?

My understanding is you have to apply for I130 first. Get the receipt number and then apply I129F which should include the I130 Receipt as well.

Not yet recieve the receipt number for I130

hello.
i am an american citizen living abroad.
applied I-130 for my wife to acquire the visa pernament resident.(applied the i130 because I haven't spent the 10 year stay in usa )
I sent my documents I130, G325 and 1145 form in Sept 23 and they received Sep 26, cashed my check Oct 2 ..no reply at all till now...is that normal...??
what do I expect ?
is it because am living abroad things might not go well?
I have my parent 's address in usa on the application + my address abroad...
I am worried really ...
any help is appreciated
