K-1 Visa NOA2 delay
Dear members,
I am waiting on my NOA2, however I have been waiting nearly a full year for a response from USCIS. In the meantime, we have not received any requests for documents and have already submitted a service request as it had been over nine months since we submitted our petition. However now it is nearly 12 months and there has been no word. The petition went through the Texas service center for a K-1 visa for my Taiwan fiancee . Is there any suggestion members have to determine where this petition is; USCIS does not report it as lost. What other ways can I potentially track the status of it.
