Please help to give the advice for my petion I 130

hello.
i am an american citizen living abroad.
applied I-130 for my wife to acquire the visa pernament resident. .(applied the i130 together with forms G325 and 1145 as well in Sep 23 and they received Sep 26 in Chicago and already cashed my check in Oct 2...no reply at all till now...is that normal...??
what do I expect ?
is it because am living abroad things might not go well?
I have my parent's address in usa on the application + my address abroad...
I am worried really ...
any help is appreciated

The lack of response to your I-130 submittal three months prior is not normal. You need to obtain the receipt number, from the back of your cashed check or from the text or email confirmation (if you even received those) so that you can verify processing on the USCIS status page: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your advice. I asked my Dad to check any receipt number in the back of cashed check ( I asked my Dad attached the check together with my petition and sent it to Chicago as I am living inVietnam ) but unfortunately he said it was the electronic payment the bank did not receive the check and they retained the check then my Dad can not see anything printed on that. He suggested us to call The USCIS office in Bangkok for help but I don't think this is the right way. I also not received any mail or text from them in order to have the receipt number to check my case online.

Please help me to give any advice on this.

All the checks written to USCIS are converted to electronic payments. But his bank account should have received back an image of the check that should be available to him. I have online access to my account and am able to see front and back of USCIS checks. Your dad might not have gone far enough to see the check image on his account.

recieve the receipt number for I130. what's next ?

Hi,
After I tried everything finally I had my receipt number and my petition is approved in Oct 30. Now my case is in immigrants visa processing. And what should I do next? Can you please give me the advice?
