I've got this section on the P4 Letter, I submitted original and the photocopy of the file to NVC and have been approved. (2012,2013 and 2014 tax file provided to nvc)
Do my husband have to take the recent tax file agian to the interview. unfortunately i didn't take a copy to myself. do I have to request for another tax record and send it again to my husband ?
In the 'requested file list' AOS is not available though.
What do you guys suggest?, is it better for my husband to carry at least a copy of the i-864?
"Bring updated Federal income tax information to the interview. If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of
Support) and provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal income tax extension in lieu of a Federal
income tax return, bring the sponsor's most recent Federal income tax return to the visa interview."
