sent my i130
my lawyer just sent our i130 G25A on friday waiting for a reciept, so we can file our k3 visa, i miss my wife everyday i find myself thinking of her and just break down i want her here now, its hard being apart we are always together i wanna hold her . please wish us the best

Please take one advice: don't rely on your lawyer. Know what's going on in your case and follow up. Lawyers get very relaxed and won't put in the effort. Good luck!--Good luck--

thanks i appriciate that im starting to see that, i had four people do affiliates with him then he told them hes gonna get them in the mail asap a week later i call and see whats up told me oh you need to sign and have alittle more evidance well a month later im barely sending itComment

Yes that's true. Unfortunately, I had the unpleasant experience of starting off with a lawyer who didn't care much. Not all of them are like that, but some do such a bad job that it makes all lawyers look bad.
My K1 case was delayed because this guy messed up something on my forms. I had an RFE later down the line that I had to fix up. So, make this a priority for yourself, brother. And good luck--Good luck--

thanks man it feels good to have someone know what im going through its depressing when a man cant do anything for his wife but just give her hope, i've just received my wife and mines acceptance letter in email and getting i797 in the mail so hopefully once i get that i will file i129 for k3 visaComment
