I already applied K1 visa before and I already been in U.S but i went back to my homeland Philippines becuase my ex fiance and I relationship did not work. I only been in U.S for three weeks. My question is: Do you think I gonna have problems in re applying K1 visa in different petitioner? What are the things to be consider on this kind of case? Please help.
