Hello, i was wondering if anyone experienced something simular? I paid the required processing free for and submitted papers for the affidvit of support. I have been wating over three months now and i have gotten no word back from the NVC. When i call them to ask why its taking so long, they simply say they are either backlogged or that they have probably gotten it but havent proccessed it yet.
Also-could anyone point me to a pool of resources i could use to speed up the process of my case? A legal resource that i could use to get a better understanding of the reason behind this delay ans keep us moving foward.
