If your spouse receives a K3 visa, do you have to file I485 after they arrive? Or do you just wait for the I130 to be processed?
And do you bother filing for employment authorization (I765) since that seems to be backlogged by a few months by each processing center? Is employment authorization automatic when you get a spousal visa (vs the non-immigrant K3)?
