  • Australian Fiancee to US....where do i start??

    Hi!

I'm just trying to get a started on something i have no idea how or where to begin haha. Here's some info first. We met each other in Minnesota attending a band instrument repair school in 2014. She visited me this past Christmas in California and i proposed to her. We are both 27 and went through college twice i figured that it was time. Anyways, shes been to California on a visa to visit her Aunt and Uncle before and had a student visa from Minnesota if that helps in any way. i just need to be set in a general direction on what i need to do to start the process of getting her here and marry her and what the easiest route to take is.

    Thank you

    Jason

Submit form I-129F, with proof of meeting in person and $340 fee check, to USCIS at the Texas Dropbox.

Copies of your passport ID and entry/exit stamps, travel itineraries, hotel and resort receipts, photos of you both together.
