Here is a quick rundown of my CORRECT timeline.

Noa2 Approved: 1/21/16
NVC left: 2/4/16
Embassy received: 2/9/16



I emailed them and they stated they just received it and will reach out at a later date???

When can I expect them to reach out to my fiance for setting up medical etc

They will mail out the k1 packets to your fiance(e) overseas. Give it a few days.

But if you really want to not wait the few days, you can go to the us embassy website and start preparing with the info they give there for your fiance(e)'s home country.

If everything goes according to a reasonable schedule, you can expect a medical in 1+ month followed by the interview. Perhaps 1-2 months on average.
