visa for german spouse

ok i need specific answers please by some one who really knows heres the deal..i am an American citizen living temporarily in germany and married my german citizen wife here...ca we go to the us ,,her on here 90 passport visa and file for here aos, temp resident/green card after we arrive,,,if we can ,,,if the process is not finished in 90 days will they make her leave untill the process is complete or will they let her stay and complete the process untill the end....i have read about pre concieved into...they can turn down your visa they say its passport fraud but some say they no longer do that...remember we were married in germany ,,really need some help thank you..oh yeah if she filles when she comes to us ..will they give here some kind of extension after here 90 day passport visa expires or place her in some kind of waiting mode so she can stay past 90 days and finish her process and get the visa she needs to stay...thank you
