Ths Consulate in HCMC has declared my petition as a sham (grossly untrue) The State Department has sent my petition for review in Nebraska. Nebraska recieved the petition December 20 2005. [B]When can I expect Nebraska to review the petition.
All you other K-129 petitions may look at this because I have known my fiancee since 2003 ands she is still not here. We did everything by the book. Most K-129 are no going through and you may find youself in this same situation. Filing the petition a breeze in the beginning.... support was great a number to call, people who helped and spoke to you However, once to get to this stage there is no information about aftercare at Nebraska Service center nothing on their website... nothing... so be wise and check it out because you may find yourself in my shoes... My congressman is now involved. filing a new petition will not help because the forms ask.. have to file before.. and what was the outcome? The Consulate decision will follow and haunt the new petition and more heartache will come... as does more waiting time.
