Hello everyone.
I'm from Ukraine. Now I in K1 visa process. My fiance is US citizen
Briefly about my situation:
I filled out petition when I was in divorce process in Ukraine. I didn't include this divorce in petition. USCIS received our documents in the beginning of December 2015. I received final divorce certificate in the end of December 2015. USCIS approved our petition in the end of January 2016 and they didn't know about my second divorce. Yesterday I filled out DS 160 and I INCLUDE second divorce dated by the end of December. I don't make an appointment for interview at this moment.
My question is :
Have I any chance to receive visa? or better cancel our case just now and make a new petition?
