My Russian fiance' just informed me that if we cancelled her K1, right now we're at the medical interview stage, that all future attempts at a VISA, even tourist VISA's, will be denied also.

Is this true?

We're not doing so well and it's a possibility that the relationship dissolves soon.

Future tourist visas are unlikely to be automatically denied, but any future attempts would likely attract greater scrutiny. Each visa application is adjudicated on it's own merit.

I'm sorry to hear things are not going well. If you care for one another, talk things over. To reapply later, would raise eyebrows. I think it gets more difficult each time you apply. We just had our interview in Moscow, March 15 and we are in administrative processing. It is causing problems for our relationship; hopefully it will resolve soon. I wish you well.
