Interview or Medical appointment first?

I am at the stage where I need to have my medical & interview. Should I contact the medical first or the Embassy for my interview?

my fiance is from holland...she received confirmation with a checklist. she then submitted a letter to confirm her interview. then she receive the interview confirmation along with the medical exam instructions.
