K1 visa cd return

Hello my firends
Please help me with this
Today my fiance got a letter and our cd back with all our photos and videos
It was said:
" we are returning the item because it is a format we can not place in your file folder for the review by an officer during the adjudication process".
Please let me know if this can cause any problems for me.
I was waiting for the NOA1 but it's been more than 3 weeks and we have got this letter in stead.
Please help me just to know that all is good

USCIS routinely returns CD's and flash drives they receive in petition or evidence packets. If all else was okay, USCIS then proceeds with normal processing.

Passport help

My passport has been lost and my CR1 visa interview will be in May 2016. I am in the process of getting a new one . Will that affect my visa results at the interview ?

The visa cannot be issued without the Embassy having your passport.

I was just waiting for the first notice and got that letter in stead. Was a lil disappointed
