I-130 approved & K3 Visa Interview is Due
I applied for K3 Visa for my wife...
1: 129F approved, NVC transferd case to US conslate in Mumbai
2: Conslate gave my wife Visa Interview date which is April-05-2006
3: Back in US, on Feb-25-2006, I received the Approval Notice for I-130
At this point, I don't know what to do...
A: should we continue with the Interview for K3 Visa?
B: Should we Bypass 129F & go with I-130 & get a Immigrant Visa?
Please advise me what should I do...
