I-129F help, more than 2 prior spouses

I'm starting the process of the fiance visa and I'm filling out the I-129F form. My fiance has 3 prior marriages/divorces. The form I-129F only has spaces for 2 prior marriages. Any advice on what to do? I tried searching the forum but couldn't find an answer for this situation.

So you would enter "See supplement" and then submit a supplemental page that has all his marriages listed, with all the pertinent details.
