Still awaiting receipt email/ text

Hi all

We sent our i129F package to the recorded delivery lockbox at lewisville. We sent it April. Think it was around 9th? We are still awaiting the receipt with our number and where our application is being sent to.
Is it unusual to wait 5/6 weeks and not here of noa1?
Could we just not get one, even though we included that form to say we would?

Did you mail it with a delivery confirmation? Have they cashed the actual Processing Fee check? Both of these would at least show that they have received the package, but most people receive the NOA1 within two or three weeks. Also did you include the Electronic Notification form, G-1145? I received a text and e-mail with my Receipt number even before getting the paper copy of the NOA1, 6 days after it was mailed on April 22nd.
