G-325A his rural home has no address. Help!

My fiance lives in a rural area in Cambodia, his home has no address, the road has no name. Form G-325A asks to enter “Applicant's residence last five years Street and Number”. What should he enter for residence address when his home doesn't have a number or street name?

How would you mail him a package? My fiancee in the Philippines also does not have a street name or house number. I entered the same address as I use to ship her boxes or mail. It is the main road along with a second line that lists a hospital which her side street is across from. That is her home address. When the carriers get there, they call and go to the house from the directions they receive.

Thank you for your reply. Mailing a package is different than residence address. I can mail him a package at the Siem Reap Post Office and include his phone number. The post office will call him when they receive the package.
