Is it a good idea to send form I-134 with I-129F Petition for K1 Visa?

I have been reading comments and suggestions on different websites and I'm confused. Some say to send form I-134 Affidavit of support with I-129f Petition for K1 Visa form, other say I-134 is only needed at the consular interview. What is the right thing to do?

It does not go with your petition submittal. Financial sponsorship is not part of the petition review process. Send it with the applicant to take to her interview.
