Divorced from immigrant, wanting to marry another...
I have just divorced from someone that I sponsored (via marriage) and during the interim, I met someone that just so happens to be an immigrant as well. Since, I have already sponsored someone through marriage one time, will I be able to do this again? If so, do I have to wait a certain amount of time after the divorce before I can sponsor another immigrant? I don't know if its relevant but my first wife was from mexico and we have one daughter while my girlfriend/fiance is in Israel right now.
