G325a last 5 years of residence

I m stuck while giving information of my last 5 years of residence in form G325a.
From 2012 to 2013 i was in livein relationship with my ex and was living in rented apartment in mumbai as a married couple( though we were not married in real)
Landlord and neighbors knew us being a married couple also at that time. Though landlord was living somewhere else. The lease agreement was also on the name of my ex.
Now i am really worried what should i write for that one year of period as i can not disclose this fact with my hubby.
Will USCIS verify my previous addresses in person by sending any third party person for verification.
Please help

Just report the addresses. It is highly unlikely that anyone will attempt to verify whose name was on the rental/lease agreement. Your information is only an issue if there is evidence you were actually living outside of India during that period.

Thanks Rayb for responding to my query...one more question, they will not even go to that address to verify? Sorry I m very much worried because if anyone goes then landlord or neighbor will say, a married couple was living there as I described in my post.

If at the Embassy interview, there is reason to believe your relationship is not real and is instead fraudulent, the Embassy can schedule investigators, 2 at a time, to go to your current location and interview neighbors and relatives.

No i think you got misunderstood here...my relationship with my husband is real and genuine as well like my marriage and our relationship after the marriage. I have all supporting documents and photographs for an ongoing marriage.
But the relationship with my boyfriend was not a married relationship in real or legally but landlord n neighbors of that period knew us as a married couple, from 2012 to early 2013 as we were living in livin relationship.
I met with my husband after that period n decided to get married.

So what you are saying is, i should mention that address where i lived with my boyfriend and no investigation they will do, unless CO finds my marriage not genuine.. right?
