K1 Forms signatures

Hey,

Trying to work out how to send these forms over to my fiancee (G-325, statement of intent), and I'm wondering if I can scan a copy and email that to her to print? Would make life a LOT easier.

Also, do we both need to sign the declaration of how we met? Or is that just something for her to do?

Email the completed PDF biographic form to your fiancee to sign and send back to you by courier.
A "Statement of Intent" should be included from each of you in your petition package.

Got it thanks, but in terms of the declaration of how we met, do we need both to have signed that piece of paper?

You each need to sign a separate "Statement (or letter) of Intent," in which you declare your intent to marry within 90 days of the applicant's arrival in the U.S.

Such a statement does not have to say anything about how you met.
