How to transfer K1 visa from one consulate to another?

Hello everyone, I need help on how to transfer my case to the Philippine Us embassy. My fiancé petitioned me while I was in staying in Canada as a visitor which was over 3 months ago. In the form I-129f form, he placed Vancouver US embassy as my interviewing consulate. Therefore, the NVC will collaborate with Vancouver office in processing our case. My problem is I'm flying back to he Philippines in 10 days and we just received a notification that his petition was approved. Does the Vancouver office has also been notified about our case? If so, since I'll be staying in the Philippines should I request for a transfer?

So you have the same situation as mine? Did the Philippine embassy accepted your case? How long did it take you to translate the case? Thank you so much for your help! I am really confused and having difficulty as to what to do.
