My bf went to interview for k-1 yesterday and he was missing origional police report he only had translated one. they said deny on technacality and to bring origional one back today. they gave his passport back. Today he went in and gave origional and they took his passport and told him to keep his phone on and they will call in less then a week. Does that mean he approved or what? Will they call for him to pick up his visa?

It sounds like, the conslate want to check thoroughly his documents, background, & check his name against their terror data base or perhaps ask for more documents...once this is done & everything is clear then the conslate should give him call...Both of you need to "be patient" & I know its hard but its not in our hand to decide... -
thanks for ur answer cause now its almost a week, well 4 working days. I am getting very nervous and have written and called the consulate every day. I apoligized for being a pain but i cant concentrate on my life thinking they could call any minute. Now i wonder if this will take longer then i thought. I ask them if they think it will then to tell me so i can relax and just wait. This is awful. I know this has only taken 2 months from start to interview but now its gonna drag. I cant bear it lol. But like u said nothing we can do but wait. I hope that by them taking his passport was a good sign. He has no crimminal record at all and nothing unusual about him to raise any flags.
