Canadian Finace immigrating with both of us living in Canda
Good day all,
I have been reading into the K-1 Visa a lot. We would like to marry in the states and settle there with my family. My fiance is Canadian, and I am currently living with her here in Canada (I am the US citizen and PR of Canada). To my understanding, I will have to provide financial proof that I can support her when she arrives. Does this mean I have to move back without her for a period of time to reestablish myself?
