    K1 help asap please

    My fiancee filed the i 129 (k1) for me but when she visited me again in ghana, we got married. I have started the process and about to go for my interview. Please i would like to know if it is an offense to or i will be denied visa when i go for my interview because she has changed her name to my name because we have married. This means the affidavit of support will be in her wedded name. Also on the documents i was given at the embassy on of the requirement is marriage certificate if applicable so i am confused here. Thank you

      You are no longer eligible for a K-1 visa. It WILL BE DENIED!!!

      Your spouse has to initiate the petition for a CR-1 spousal visa.
