I have received an RFE for Fiance Visa (I-797E). They have mentioned A# and Receipt No on the RFE Form.In my application, I had mentioned I met my Fiancee on Indian Matrimony website. RFE is requesting ...

1) "Specific details about this website and circumstances under which I met the beneficiary to establish the relationship".

2) They are asking if I met my Beneficiary thru International Marriage Broker. I don't know if online website is considered International Marriage broker.

Any help in this regard is appreciated. Thanks,

Respond with copies of website information about the introduction service you used and add a narrative explanation that that website does not meet the standard criteria for an "International Marriage Broker."

If you are using an immigration attorney to complete your RFE response, make him earn his money, rather than telling him how to pen the response.

Any experienced immigration attorney should already be familiar with the "Request for Evidence" category regarding possible "International Marriage Broker" introductions.
