Unemploymed Man wanting to petition K1 for fiance

I haven't been able to find work all year but I did work last year and made above poverty level income.

I have stock and bond holdings (brokerage accounts and not 401K) of around 8X poverty level income.
I also have a little home equity - may be just around 2x poverty level income.

What are my chances of getting my petition approved?

you can always have someone else willing to sponsor them

Co-sponsors for fiancee visas are not acceptable favorably at Embassy interviews.

If you have stocks and bonds exceeding $100,000, you can use these as your sponsorship basis, with an explanation that you are shifting employment.
