Filing for I-30 but marriage not annulled

My boyfriend and I got married a month ago here in the US. He will be filling for sponsorship for me as he is a US Citizen. I had our marriage registered at the Philippine consulate so it can be recorded with the NSO. I found out today that my ex filed a **** marriage certificate 6 years ago, when I left him. He falsified the documents as I never signed any and I never applied for any marriage license or certificate in my entire life before my marriage to my husband now. I know filing for nullity of the marriage in the philippines takes forever. Will my I-30 and greencard application be compromised? Will the USCIS reject my petition?
