Sorry if something similar has been asked before, but I'm having a hard time finding the answer to my questions.
I am a US citizen about to apply for a fiance visa with my Australian partner. He is currently in Australia and I am in the US. I understand that once we complete form I-129F he can enter the US so we can get married. My questions are these:
1) He has to remain the US while awaiting approval for the visa, correct? After this we'd like to live between our home in Australia and here in the US.
2) After he receives his Green Card and permit to work, can we both come and go as we please working between Australia and America for 6 months to a year at a time?
3) Is it possible for him to receive dual citizenship?
