Hi guys,
I am Indian citizen and marrying a US citizen here in India during her visit in next couple of months. She plans to settle in India, however, we want to keep the option of settling in the US open in case she can't adjust here. I have following questions:
1. Can she apply for my K3 spousal visa from India after our marriage as she will be staying with me on OCI card?
2. Does she need to declare certain amount of income or savings in US to apply for my K3 Visa? She earns very minimum. She does not have great savings. Her savings are only enough for her to travel to India and pay for her cost of surgery which she plans to do in India during her visit for marriage.
3. Is Islamic marriage registered in India recognized by US government to issue K3 Visa?
