  • ***.com? anyone use? is it good

    Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has used **** .com or heard any reviews? It is $450 for the service, they offer payment plan which also has all the government fees included so we are never stuck making big payments at once, small monthly payments for 6 months.

average turn around for spouse visa (till visa in hand) they say is 6-9 months, I said how is this possible....they said although certain things affect this such as high fraud areas etc and they cannot speed up the government, it is largely due to the fact they don't get kick backs on paperwork or asking for additional paperwork typically.

It is kinda like having a lawyer who looks at all you do an dprepares all the papework for you except it is not the cost of a lawyer. Also they do have a money back guarantee if denied on the service fee (unless you are denied for being a criminal, not being financial sponsor requirements or not submitting paperwork they asked for)

To me, 6-9 months instead of 10-12 with someone doing paperwork for me, is worth $450. I am sure all of you understand that even a month quicker is a big deal when missing your loved one. Most of their clients seem to be from the phillipines which I understand is a high fraud area, my husband's country is also high fraud (Egypt) so I don't know if this affects timing.

Please tell me your thoughts and if you have heard anything about this site?

Also for anyone who has been following my posts recently , you know I am religiously married but not civil. So K1 might get denied cause we had a huge wedding celebration with pics and I wont lie about that and we have a wedding contract religiously , but a spouse visa might be denied cause it is not civil. Therefor we are thinking of doing the strongest thing, wait till January when I go back to visit and get married at the U.S embassy so it is civil/legal and filing spouse visa right after that. It sucks to wait 4 months to file BUT it seems the strongest path and im hoping this website is legite and can maybe make this easier on us.

    Thoughts? Thank you!

**** has a good reputation for simple K1 and spousal visas. But their staff knowledge of more complicated immigration requirements and responsiveness to questions has generated complaints. A $450 fee for a spousal visa cannot include the $420 submittal fee.

the 450 is their fee, not the 420 submittal. you don't have to pay the full 420 with them to submit, if you do the paymen tplan then the first two payments need to be made to reassure them you will keep paying, that equals about $380, once the first two payments submitted they begin and you must keep up with your monthly payments of course.

Being that we are waiting for the legal civil wedding at the embassy now since our case faced complications , it will be pretty straight forward I hope. I was divorced in the past but I don't think this is such a big deal as I have necessary paperwork for that. We are not criminals lol, I make over the needed finances for sponsorship and have been at my employer for 4 years so it is consistent. I guess the only thing I wonder, will they ask about his denied tourist visa. he tried to visit me on a tourist visa once, no intention to stay ....was only to meet my family and go on vacation in America , but they didn't even give him a chance, didn't even talk to him, he walked in and they denied it and told him your case is not convincing. that might be the only complication?

I know an extra 450 is a lot, but at the same time I am a very busy woman with a lot of going on plus a kid I am raising on my own, it would be nice to have a little help and reassurance with paperwork.

In what country do you expect to marry at the U.S. Embassy? That is a very unusual expectation, as it's not a normal service provided at U.S. embassies.

cairo Egypt. it is the only way to legally marry an American in Egypt. they have the whole listing online how to do it, all Egyptians that want a civil marriage with an American must do it I ncairo at that embassy and they have a whole list of documentation you need, medical exam etc. this is not unusual for Egypt. it is literally the ONLY way to make it civil for americans , they are unique in this. They have a court within the embassy, its a little back and forth between it . its a hassle to be honest and not easy, most just do K1 but you know my situation as you seen my first post and replied so for us tis hassle makes our visa stronger.

Thx for the info. I had heard of Embassy marriages before, but knew they were not available at Manila, Philippines, where most of our friends process their visas.

just a side note if you ever run into another American marrying in Egypt.....if they are divorced they need that decree along with a translated version of it from the embassy in the USA. also they need a special document from the embassy that certifies they are legally allowed to marry. it is a weird document that not all countries have, usa typically does not but embassy will provide it, they essentially look to see if you were ever married/ divorced, if divorced they need evidence, then its a nice little paper in both languages that explain nothing is withholding the person from legally marrying and it gets notarized.
