Brought my now ex wife and daughter in January on a K 1 & 2 visa. Married 10 days later . Completed Biometrics about 4 months later. Immediately arguments began on a consistent basis. Said she didnt want to stay married anymore. Divorced 2 months later. Total of 6 months. I went to USCIS submitted my divorce decree and a letter requesting to withdraw my I 130 , I 485 & I 864. She said that I'm obligated to the I 864. Please help
