Live in China, launch in another country
Hello guys,
I am having a question, appreciate it if someone helps me.
I work and live in China, but we would like to launch our application which is I-130 from Hong Kong. The reason is my wife who is US citizen born in Hong Kong and we used to live there before. Is it possible to do it? As I know the US offices close to us is either Beijing or Guangzhou but we do want to have it in Hong Kong. Would it be okay?
