My fiance receives benefits

On a form you need to fill out, it asks about her work. She has never had a job, but receives benefits for not being capable of working. Do I include the fact she receives benefits, or no? If so, what do I do or where do I write it? And if I can't put it, will it cause problems that she's never had a job?

I'm the us citizen filing it and along with a sponsor, meet the income requirements. Also, how early am I able to get the affidavit of support taken care of and does someone have to witness me sign it?
