My wife is here in the US with me on a K3 visa. Due to delays on our side, we have just gotten around to filing the AOS for her green card.
Her K3 expires soon and we are filing a I-539 to extend her K3.
I have a Question about part 3 of the application. Is number 2 and 3 supposed to be checked No?
Or is Number 2 No and 3 Yes, pending.
It's confusing because of the wording of number 3.
