my boyfriend has two more years before he become a citizen what is the best way for me to come to the US and be with him i have no US visa.

I'm not sure you can. Without him being a citizen I don't think he has the same rights, therefore you can't just travel to the US and stay with him indefinitely. You may have to wait until he's a citizen and then apply for a fiancé VISA. Which country are you from? If your country is part of the VISA waiver programme you can enter with an ESTA for up to three months on holiday, but you must return within that time.

You haven't mentioned what status he is at currently or how he is able to be in the US?
