Ok, so here's my mess! Got a k visa to marry US fiancé,got married within the 90 days ,filed for AOS & work permit ,got notification to attend biometrics that I didn't attend .I left to come back to UK without any parole etc .
Would like to return to my wife and continue with AOS if possible .Was thinking of returning using my esta and re-apply while there with the I-130 .Or is that not possible ?
