Help help help plz.
Im in dillema, my husband filled i130,i756, i485 all together in May 18th, we received a response with a receipt #, did my biometrics,the poverty guideline didnt match my husbands income, been married 4 years,2 kids. so we had to get a co-sponsor, thank God it was approved, on August 17th 2016 i checked on my case status account, it read... WE ARE READY TO SCHEDULE FOR YOUR INTERVIEW, WE WILL SEND YOU A NOTICE FOR YOUR INTERVIEW'.
So my question is, why didnt the office send EAD 'work permit' as i wait for my green card interview?
How long do i wait before i get the notice in the mail or something. i feel so helpless not knowing what to do next.
