Need to update Beneficiary's address on I-129f application

Hi All,

I submitted the I-129f form last month and received notification the USCIS has approved it on November 2, 2016. I am waiting for the hard copy of the NOA2 now. My fiance needs to change his mailing address since we have filed. How do I communicate the new mailing address? Do I submit to the NVC once they receive it from USCIS and we have the new case IDs for the NVC and embassy? Any suggestions would be helpful. I also plan on calling the USCIS this week to see what they suggest.
