Hello everyone, first, I'd like to thank you for all the information this website and forum has privided me thus far.
Im looking for to know if my current fiancee, but wife at time of question, can enter the US and file for these forms.
my situation: I have known my fiancee for 5 years now, and we are going to get married in her nation (New Zealand) in December. Im going to stay there for about a month, then I want to bring her back to the States. I assume Im going to use the K3 visa, but my most pressing issue is whether or not she can enter the States with me I leave. I dont want to leave her again, nor do I want to make her deal with moving across teh world relatively alone. So, can she enter the nation on a tourist Visa during this process and adjust her status upon approval? Is there a better Visa program I should be looking at?
