  • typical issue, cant understand what to do???? Pls help

I am an indian businessman with my businesses across India, Middle East and Africa. I am a muslim by religion. I was married in the year 2000 to an Indian girl and have 3 kids with this marriage. We got separated in the year 2008. It was not a legal divorce but just a "Separation by will"
I met my present wife in the year 2009. She is a US passport holder. We have been living together since then. I did not had any intentions to move to USA (as i have my kids in India) and my business is spread mostly in India, Africa and Middle East.
She lived with me where ever i was, India, Dubai, Africa. We finally decided to get married. And we got married in India in the year 2015.

We wanted to start the business in USA and we formed a company in the year 2013, but we could not take it up, as we were busy with the existing businesses in other parts of the world.

Now the issue is, i want to go to USA....................

I came to know that the US immigration laws do not accept a second marriage if a man is already married to a woman already.

    Now,
Shall i apply for a business visa?
If so, do i need to mention the separation status with my first wife in the application? Do i mention my married status to my American wife?

    Immigration visa filed by spouse?
If my wife applies for a spouse visa for me, it seems that our marriage is not legal unless i divorce my first wife. Accepted and agreed !!
But if i divorce her now, it means that i first got married to my american wife, then i am divorcing my first wife. So it means my marriage to my present wife is null and void.

I dont want a US passport, i just want to have a valid visa to travel to USA with my wife when ever needed. I wont mind a green card though.

    How do i proceed?
What kind of visa should i apply?

I will apply for a business visa , however you have to have a legal separation from your first wife , in the courts if you intend to marry your present one in the USA as it is not allowed by law to have 2 wives by, in the USA , you should be able to prove through your bank account that you have enough money to open a business in the USA , CHECK SOME MORE AND DO SOME RESEARCH I THINK YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT TRACK
    GOOD LUCK
