My fiance of 6 years came back to the US to work and we are planning to get married in the US next year. He is filing for a fiance petition. In one of the questions in the petition form, there is a question asking if the alien spouse (referring to me) has been to the US. I previously travelled to Canada in 2002 and my passport has a TWOV (Transit Without Visa) entry stamp from the US Immigration in Newark. Should my fiance write this down? Because it requires for an entry number and I don't know which one is that. Technically speaking, did I enter the US? What should be answered in this particular question?

Does having TWOV mean that you have entered the United States?
