Hi all,
I'm new to the forum. I really need advice and information. I'm married to an American and we got married in India on May'2016. She left for the states the same month and I would like to visit her on B2 visa. I got my family here and working with my uncle. I know that the right way to go about it is for her to apply for the CR1 visa but she just got a job and the required income for evidence of support isn't enough. Also, there is no one who would be a joint sponsor for the CR1 visa. It is a big dilemma for me and my wife.
So, any advice regarding my situation would be a appreciated.
