Form I-864 and Tax Form to submit (2015 vs 2016)?

Hi

I've not filed my taxes for 2016 yet and was wondering if USCIS would accept a copy of my forms for tax year 2015 as 'the most recent filing'? Can anyone offer an opinion or have experience on this?

Hi, I submitted our package for AOS on 18th, for tax return we include 2015-2013. At that time 2016 tax filing was not ready? Do you think we have to send 2016? Or I am hoping that in interview we will take our 2016. Because at the time when we filed ,2016 tax return filing date was not there

Before April 15, 2017, it's fine to use 2015 tax returns as the most recent year's tax returns.
