still no news about my k3 visa.they got my passport already and said its still under administrative processing. they will inform me about the consul's decision on my case. it means i am not yet elligible to get the visa after submitting everything and the interview?

Dear...,
They Have to do some aditional processing on your visa...administrative processing is a background check..,FBI name check..,and other security clearness...this dosent mean ur visa is denied...you have to wait once they will complete all security check they will call you or mail you a passport with stemp of visa...be patient this take a lot of time usually they say 4 to 6 weeks...dont worry about this i know this is frustrated but this happend you will get visa...noone knows how long it will take..just be patient

you are really a relieve. i feel better now with what you've said i guessed i just have to be patient. the embassy called me yesterday and asked me to come there for signing of doucments. when i went there the investigation officer asked me lots of questions bout my background,my husbands and about me and my husband,where did we met and all those stuff. i think this officer is thinking that our marriage is a fraud. but thank god that i think i pleased him and he said wait again for their call for my visa.
i think i will just wait. hope everthing's done wellComment
