Boyfriend still in divorce, but want to live with him, any other options than wait?

Hi all. I hope the title is clear enough. I met my boyfriend back in early 2016, and became more than friends during that year. We've seen each other last time in early 2017 while he visited my country (The Netherlands). I want to live with him in the USA, but with a Visa Waiver I'm not allowed to stay in the USA longer than 90 days (please note: I've never been in the USA so far). Sadly he's still in divorce waiting period, since some states have that weird long waiting periods. Waiting wouldn't be a problem, but I need to leave my house in two months because of expiring contract deal. The divorce will probably not be done before that period. I have nowhere else to stay, so I want to settle with my boyfriend in the USA. Are there any other options for us left? Is getting a tourist visa an option for example? What are the requirements for that? He earns enough money with his job to be a sponsor for example. I'm looking for work too, but sadly no success yet finding a job that would sponsor me a work visa.

I hope somebody can help me, thank you very much in advance.

Personally, I would not take that chance. I would wait in my home country until the legalities of the divorce is finalised. I know it's difficult with rent contracts expiring, etc, but it would be better to be stranded in your home country, than to be in the US and things don't get finalised within a reasonable time frame.

Big, BIG, red flags. Just saying.
