CENOMAR Question

The US Embassy in Tokyo wants my Fiance to get a copy of her CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) from the PSO in the Philippines. Can I apply for her and have it sent to her in Japan since she does not have a credit card??? Thanks

I believe they have online service. they only deliver within the Phils. Other option you have is to ask a family member in the Phils to get it in her behalf. I got mine in SM malls when I was still in the Phils. Your girlfriend may be aware of it. Just make sure the family member knows the details of your girlfriend including name and birthdate of parents if I am not mistaken. Hope this helps.
